Former SKY guitarist in Fraud allegations in Western Australia
Former rock musician and Perth businessman Kevin Peek has fronted court to face charges related to a failed business which owes tens of millions of dollars to shareholders.

The pairing of Don Cromwell and Tommy Girvin reunite for Ransom's second album. 'Better Days' which is being released this month on Yesterrock Records.
Not to be confused with the well known British prog metal band of the same name, and who, coincidentally - kicked off their career the same time as these American prog metallers did.
To my ears, this Swiss outfit sound similar to Craaft and Douglas, with a ton of parping keyboards. Very accented vocals though. Worth checking out if you're into that stuff.
Air Supply return with the strangely titled 'Mumbo Jumbo', what is less confusing is the typical soft rock/balladeering style of these former Aussies, still alive and well in 2010.
Despite the significant PR given this album prior to release, it's the songs which ultimately count, and there's not enough mojo here to warrant giving Viagra completely away just yet. A bit of a disappointment really.
