Yep in Argent, especially as Rod Argent and Jim we’re cousins.

Didn't Rodford also play in Argent and Charlie too?

Hollywood Bears - 1987 Bear Yourself (EP)

ARTIST: Hollywood Bears
ALBUM: Bear Yourself (EP)
LABEL: Statue Records
SERIAL: SLP-2750
YEAR: 1987

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN:

LINEUP: Tori Luca - vocals * Bill Hess - guitars * Jerome Lee - bass * Joel Plimmer - keyboards * Steve Geller - drums

TRACK LISTING: 01 Livin' The Life * 02 Take A Chance * 03 Don't Forget * 04 Lover In My Head

Background
An interesting AOR band with little history, other than this 4-track affair from 1987. Signed to the same label as San Francisco's Ringleader (Statue Records), one can assume these guys are also Californian, and they play a fairly blustery form of AOR. Lots of keyboard splashes are apparent, but overall, they deliver their music in a tough style. Unfortunately, the recent fileshare I picked up was not a complete nor accurate download, with one song 'Don't Forget' being the same as the exellent opener 'Livin' The Life', which to me sounded like the All Sports Band on steroids. Maybe one day, this album will be made available with the proper track list.
