Yep in Argent, especially as Rod Argent and Jim we’re cousins.

Didn't Rodford also play in Argent and Charlie too?

Jim Rodford, bass player, The Kinks, Phoenix (I think?), but I remember him with The Zombies, saw live a while back. RIP

WEBLINKS: Featherstone FB Page

Featherstone are one of a few brand new bands appearing out of Sweden, these guys signed to AOR Heaven. We mentioned them in a press release a few weeks back, the blurb saying that main-man Rikard Quist formed Featherstone as far back as 2012, so I guess the project isn't as new as I thought. Quist (if you've been following all the Swedish releases on the Escape Music label) has been involved in many bands on that roster, but Featherstone is a project to call his own. It's melodic rock for sure, and you have to give it a listen to see if it reverberates with you. I gave this a listen, and it didn't quite hit any sweet-spots for me, though the album has some moments.

In Summary
The musicianship is solid, and is geared toward a more old-school style of delivery as opposed to the new. Rather than modern synths, we get keyboards and organs, so not everything out of Sweden sounds like H.E.A.T.! So if you like some of the older Swedish bands like Baltimoore and Lions Share then Featherstone should fit the bill. Highlights include: 'Look Into My Eyes' the excellent bluesy and melodic 'Hole In My Heart' and 'Silhouettes On The Shade'.
