German synth/pop band, operating in the same domain as Channel 5, Valet Parking etc. Members of this band also have tie-ins to fellow German acts Lake and Beau Heart. The title track off the album 'Magical Moments was co written by the late James Hopkins-Harrison of Lake. You Tube clip of said song is linked below. Internet sites claim this was released in 1991, but I think you'll find it was actually released in 1988, as was the 7 single of 'Magical Moments' (flipside 'Who Knows Doesn't Talk'.

I think some of these guys have links to the recent review we did of GUIDO MINEO's 'In Staccato Heaven', another German pop/AOR outing.
